Bathroom Renovation
This is my first client project. A common bathroom renovation. This client wanted to see a clean modern look and recommended glass sliding doors for the tub and black hexagon floor tiles.
Craftsman Style Home
Here is a modern craftsman style home that I designed. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is approximately 4,000 sq.ft. The property is gated, and the house features a separated garage, a large back porch and a neat below grade outdoor firepit section.
Beach House
This is a 5,590 sq. ft. beach house located right on the beach. The house has multiple balconies and a rooftop deck with a built-in bar. Outback is a spacious patio layout with an infinity pool and outdoor lounge area. With easy access to the beach and plenty of room for guests, this house has the potential to host parties and events.
Mountain House/AirBnb
This is a 974 sq. ft. mountain house getaway/AirBnb. Built into the face of the mountain, it features a beautiful kitchen with large curtain windows overlooking the lake bringing lots of natural light into the living space. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Backyard Design
A small backyard landscaping design. The elevated patio and fireplace area makes for cozy relaxation on summer nights. Just off the patio is a hammock and coy pond.
This is my first project. I began it from scratch to add to my portfolio. It is a 6545 sq.ft. home with 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The idea behind this project was to showcase some of the interior and exterior scenes that I can create.
